I am writing about the awesome people at Patterson Law Firm. We were in a car wreck on December 21, 2018, and we were injured, didn’t know what to do, my sister was scared to find out what was wrong with all of us. She had to have surgery, we went a week to therapy and rehab. I really don’t know what we would have done, if we didn’t have the wonderful staff at this law firm working so hard for us. They was always calling and asking about all of us and taking care of everything else. Really a great bunch of people working so very hard for you to have a good outcome in the end. The Patterson Law Group is truly a notable law firm. From the receptionist, to the case worker, to the lawyer, to Mr. Patterson. I have always received the most respectable customer service and quality attention to my case. I’ve unfortunately been in 3 wrecks and every time I called on them. They were able to assist my family and me to get back to our healthy and normal lives. They care about my pain, the changes in my life, and the impact of the trauma on my son and husband. They know us by name and understand my life matters. They feel I deserve to be stress free. It was common to receive phone calls and emails from staff members just checking on me, making sure I was ok. And Tina. OMG! She is Wonder Woman! She has been in my corner for 6 years. It’s hard not to feel a personal connection to her because she makes the entire process effortless, while she creates this supportive connection. She knows that I get stressed easily and at one point I wanted to give up and close the case. But, she could tell that I was just overwhelmed. She talked to me for about 10 minutes not about the case or money, but to encourage me to hang on to have faith. I will never forget that.  

I appreciate the entire staff’s hard work and commitment to seeing all of my cases through over the past 6 years. I pray nothing ever happens again, but if it does, I know Patterson Law Group will be there to help me.
